ABOUT PRODUCTION: 150 highly skilled seamstresses work on modern equipment such as Juki, Baouy, designed for a wide variety of operations. Preparation of patterns and cutting of products is carried out by the design and development department using Gemini CAD software (USA). This technology allows you to optimize the cut, which significantly reduces waste and, accordingly, reduces the cost of products.In 2021, the Stylon software was introduced. Only high-quality, proven fittings from Turkish and European manufacturers are used in production. The production capacity is 3000 units per day, from the cut to the output of the finished packaged product. With large order volumes, it is possible to attract additional capacity of partners, increasing the volume from an average of 6000 -10,000 units per day. The production has all the necessary certificates to work with EAC countries: the EAC State Registration Certificate, the EAC Declaration of Conformity, the EAC Certificates of Conformity.
